Regional Sales Manager – West Coast

This position will be responsible to manage and organize the sales within an assigned territory and to be the direct contact with the sales representatives within that territory. This candidate will be expected to develop a sales strategy and plan in order to meet specific sales targets. This position will have direct interface with sales, engineering, production, purchasing and service to assure all sales targets can be achieved. Minimum of 5 years experience in the sales of plastics auxiliary equipment is preferred. Extensive travel is a requirement. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The candidate will work out of a remote office so a motivated self starter is essential.
